EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- check item before packing and report problems if any.
- pack item in plastic packaging bag, seal all box's openings with tape.
- if not packed correctly and the item has issues, we can refuse the exchange.

- machine wash cold with like colors.
- use mesh laundry bag with gentle wash cycle
- do not: soak, bleach, hot tumble dry.
- line dry in shade & iron at medium heat
