EXCHANGE POLICY
- exchange within 3 days (customer pays shipping fee).
- exchange within 7 days (free shipping) if there's product defect.

- can be exchanged once for same-priced or higher-priced item.
- customer pays the difference when exchanging for higher-priced item; no refund for exchanging lower-priced item.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
